Ever heard of the race to sell.....when they learn of all the shares they race to sell before there is a flood of new shares.

I just see the timing as interesting. The race to sell.

Those sellers may be happy to move on or kicking themselves if the PPS goes higher. I think the $4.50 price/share for the new shares is a bit high, but it might go lower if these kind of things repeat quite often. I see no problem if they need to issue some shares for cash or services from time-time.
