Toxic Financiers and Large Holdings "Insiders", often referred to as "Third Party" or "Accredited Investors" are the ones that typically pay for the Promos, because they are "Given" boatloads of Heavily Discounted VOIS Shares... by who? yup.. VOIS! Don't Get It?
VOIS may indeed not pay DIRECTLY for the promos, but they are indeed the reason that others do, because they flood the Market with MASSIVE AMOUNTS of their common or convertible shares.. Get it NOW?
