Yes, if they get relisted, which would require a "no action" letter from the SEC. We know what the SEC order was, but we don0't know if there is a widened investigation. Companies that had the SEC take such drastic action to protect investors rarely get off the greys.
I hope they can do it, though.
It would help them issue shares for cash to hopefully have a return for investors.
