Strangely OTC MMs Naked Shorts only 7.1K out of 107K traded the last 2 days, or ~6.7%. One has to wonder whether OTC MMs are closing out their Naked Short position on $OCAT. I have never seen this type of very low NS action for an OTC equity.

It would be great IF $OCAT was getting ready to list on NASDAQ CAPITAL next week or shortly thereafter.

Anybody with information ???
