Hudson Bay case settled

Late in the afternoon, a 8-K was filed. WDDD settled the Hudon's Bay case by issuing 8 million shares. To do that they increased the amount of stock authorized to 150 million shares.

I wish they had just done this before the lawsuit started, it would have saved everyone some time.

I think WDDD came out ahead, since the warrants and the balance due on the Class C note to Hudson Bay were all canceled.
