Hmm... How to structure ???

I think most participants here think of the 250 bil as a head scratcher...

I continue to ponder this point... One possibility would be to spin out ICBS research as a separate public entity with the large scale funding for INDs. This entity could then both license the patent and loan the parent funds to mitigate debts and launch lab expansions. This loan could be convertible preferred which would help give the IND entity control over patent...

Divy the IND entity and things could get exciting..

Hmmm... Thoughts?
