Can't say definitively, but if the buyers are assuming all the liabilities, then yes -- $8M will somehow get split among shareholders. Minus myriad legal fees and other costs of course. I'm afraid though that the $8M will go directly to Hercules and shareholders will get nothing. There's also the issue of a remaining product line. Do they go to Chapter 7 just to liquidate that?
