It looks like they restructured the Mind360 purchase deal. Obviously Mind360 was totally was worth the $1 million they paid for it. If they really don't want to dilute (as Lucky mentions), they should vote to lower the O/S from 6 billion. 6 billion may be just a touch excessive.
