Today, L&L Energy pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud. The Government and the company have agreed to recommend to the judge the following punishment.

The company will be on probation for 5 years
and
The company will not list its stock on any US securities exchange nor sell any stock to any US citizen. It will not use any private placement as well.

Looks like we are holding worthless paper.

The hearing on this matter will be on 24 April.

It also was agreed there would be no compensation recommendation because it would hold up the settlement process and it would be too difficult to determine who lost what.

Small investors screwed again.
