The news was worthless. We knew about this months ago.
Why didn't they post the financials around the acquisition? How much did SING give up?

From October:
SinglePoint, Inc. Acquires GreenStar Payment Solutions, Inc. as Wholly Owned Subsidiary

The above would imply that it was finalized in October.
But now we get this junk PR essentially stating the same thing as was stated in October.

Also, in the PR, it notes restructuring. Dear Lord, what does that mean. Dilution?

You know you are in a scam when company news is so vague, almost to the point of misleading.

Now there is SING, Singleseed, and now GreenStar back in the picture. Another sign that companies mislead is when these pennies create subsidiaries. It is a means to shuffle and mislead.

Now they are going to sell e-cigs. Everyone and their mother is doing that. Instead, SING should be focused on their primary business lines and getting clients. No, these folks are worried about e-cigs.
