Are you sure of that ?

Under the Company Note, the Company shall make monthly payments to Tonaquint, with the first payment due on or before April 17, 2015, and with payments continuing thereafter until the Company's Note is paid in full, with a maturity date that is 33 calendar months after April 17, 2015. The amount of the monthly payments is $100,000.00
