Obtaining Use Permit (1) January 2015 $ 5,000

This is one of the first milestones that is supposed to be hit in 2015. This milestone is flushed out further as: (1) The Use Permit will be handled by the Company and its local counsel in Arizona. It requires two formal hearings before the City of San Luis, Arizona. The Development and Protected Development Rights Agreement insures the issuance of the Use Permit, subject to zoning regulations.

Anyone know if this is done already? San Luis town website has not shown any meetings regarding SWET so far in 2015.
