Possible scenarios also to consider:

What will Molymet do? Will they make a play for the Mountain Pass facility? Or just the pit and spin off the rest there at Mountain Pass?

What will the new lender do? Can they take control and break up the company to recoup their capital?

Will the mine go into care-and-maintenance mode while the future is decided? Will this happen no matter who ends up with the assets?

Will CK and GB decide to take this company private or another consortium involving Molymet?
