DC...Why all this chat about the aussies in connection with Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation....How can a corporation that was VOID on March 1, 2013 in Delaware appoint aussie directors and executives on May 6, 2014 legally? ..We still haven't gotten answers about how that can happen with a VOID Corporation from the previous 3 posters you understand? No, but you already know that as well.

He is taking on the role of Temp CEO without any contractual pay package because he will get future licensing arrangement after Radient is taken over.

Its a nice deal for him, considering he does not have to actually do anything in the meantime.
