J3 Advanced Engineering Technologies Inc. (J3) is a small business specializing in technology research, development, and implementation located in Butte, Montana. J3 was incorporated in the State of Montana in 2013 and operated by James Fallacaro, President of J3.

The mission of J3 is to provide services to environmental stakeholders including; treatability studies, bench-scale testing services, scale-up testing, prototype demonstrations and on-site supervision for implementation and management of field remediation and construction operations. J3 provides services to Federal, State and private entities with a focus on the Department of Energy, US military, EPA, and the mining and petroleum sectors. J3 provides technical staff augmentation and is an entity for incubator companies to develop new products and technologies in support of the environmental, green and war fighter industries.
J3 is also tasked exclusively through Global Technologies Group, Inc. to provide Molecular Bonding System (MBS) technology services worldwide including treatability studies, scale-up testing, process application oversight, and full-scale implementation. MBS is a treatment agent for heavy metal contamination in soils, sediments, sludges, process wastes, fly ash, lead paint chips and lead residues, water and flue gas including scrubber and bag house applications. MBS can be used in combination with super absorbent products and other treatment methods to solidify, dewater and reduce the leachability for contaminant heavy metals of concern. J3 welcomes the opportunity to conduct bench-scale treatability studies using MBS for your specific waste forms at no cost to you.
