Here's a play IMO, $HEMP.

Right now, both chambers of congress have introduced legislation to amend the Controlled Substances Act to exclude industrial hemp from the definition of marijuana. The cosponsor numbers are record high and the bipartisan support is clear. All of the pilot programs last year were a huge success which is the reason for the congressional push. Don't be late to the $HEMP party.
