Outstanding shares are around 1 billion shares IMO[I think we're at around 1 billion, but that doesn't MATTER investor's want shares at THIS PPS.(look at THE VOLUME)]

So HYPOTHETICALLY, let's just say that the Outstanding Shares are at 2 billion.(For fun)
To figure the market cap multiply 2 billion O/S and PPS of .0024 you get market cap(Price of the company dictated by the investors) would be 4.8 million dollars... Now half 4.8 because O/S is around 1 billion not 2......You get 2.4 million dollars.
I think a company that produced more then 4 million in AUDITED REVENUE'S increasing quarter over quarter, last quarter being 1.3 million with NO DEBT is worth more then 2.4 million. Companies in the pot/vape sector trade at multiple times revenue's,some have none. (LOOK THEM UP) around 5 times revenue's.(5x4.1=20.5).
If you think the company's worth more then 2.4 milion BUY, you don't SELL/DON'T BUY.
Simple stuff guys.
So the question becomes how do you get the PPS with a 20 million dollar market cap with 1 billion O/S? Well first, You divide 20 million(Market Cap) by 1 billion(Outstanding Shares) and what do you get? A price per share of $.02
This 2 cent price target is without any real company growth and a little debt. Now if they announce VERY good news(franchise, distribution deals, no debt...etc) We go a lot higher on speculation I could see $.05+ easy.
