Pump and dump?

That makes no sense on any level.
First of all the shares that holders
of the warrants receive aren't even
eligible for sale until the registration statement you provided a link to goes effective which could be weeks away. They can't even sell any yet so they can't dump anything.

And ask the T/A about how many shares were sold? This is equally
absurd. No transfer agent would ever
provide that information.

There's no big conspiracy here-just a lot of investors that want to be invested in the cannabis sector and
decided CANN was their choice.

And this will continue with the industry growing at an explosive rate
and gaining strength every day.
