Its about money to move forward.Yes the settlement helped but imo they need future funding to continue to move the whole aheadOne thing for sure the market.Yeah a new license agreement would aid but it takes dollars to fund the advancement of the pipeline that's at every biotech company.

It was not Maza that said anyone was on vacation just a rumor I picked up from a pretty good source outside but I agree with you regarding the issue.All Maza said was they were waiting for FINRA approval that's the last I heard from him.

Never seen a r/s take this long nor a restructue that did nothing but lose ground either.

The market cap sure don't reflect the agreements in place the restructure,r/s or the potential of anything going forward.I'm waiting for the r/s then I start over.Done wrote my common off as a total loss and I'm now living it as today not in the past.

We might get some positive news to trade on in the future so I hope to make my losses back at some point but I will sure be carefull this next go around.

I really don't blame all of my losses on anything regarding Intellect it was a trade I made going into the 127 patent being issued and the Pfizer milestone payment that was withheld that hurt me.I bought to sell in the pump that would have occured in the summer of 2012 but then we had Pfizer announce to me early the failure results (bapineuzumab) and then the final nail of David's issue which was daming imho all coming within such a short timeframe.
