Learned long ago to listen to those with a different opinion than the one I hold. To do otherwise you learn nothing. In other words, when someone can provide me just ONE FACT as to why this thing or ours will actually increase in value, I'm more than willing to listen. I'd suggest you listen to those of us who do have facts as to why they won't, instead of only paying attention to those without facts telling you how rich you will in all honesty never be. GLTY
