Looks to me like (custom indicator on the weekly chart) there has been buying going on since the beginning of July. This while walking it down to hide the buying. Because of the amount of outstanding share (someone please correct me) you can easily move the price around; I guess you can call it manipulate the price easily.
I'm in long from back before this stock was on the NASDAQ.
