Nuplayer think you are on to the pivotal reason we aren't dancing with the Big F. If as you suspect we really got nothing but drilling efforts from them and no $$$ and who knows what they were willing to split for it was no gravy for us except the name.

Not being in a hurry to develop the property was also a fear some of us had. As we all know they just bought out Newmont so they had a big increase in production coming as a result of that. Imagine they wanted Rancho but felt they had the upper hand in not needing it right away. If PT has found us a partner for the underground and we can bank that 45 oz or so a day from it then I am willing to pass on the immediate gratification and make a lot more money over time.
