People must realize that the project will ultimately require more financing to complete prefeasibility, so dilution is almost inevitable. Investors in the nio-star project will prefer to invest directly in the spun out Nio-Star Corp than to do so in SRSR. I expect that the company will need somewhere between 3-5 million perhaps for the pre.feasibility. I think we could see them try to raise that by doing a share issuance of niostar shares post spin out to do so. Based on current market cap, they could do perhaps 20% for those funds. But, hopefully the NI report will help boost our pps to where they could either issue fewer shares or raise more cash. Obviously, I am speculating, and there is not just one way to go about it.
All that said, Dan is one of the largest shareholders and so his interest is aligned with the rest of us in keeping dilution to a minimum and maximizing value for shareholders.
