Are you referring to the website? A website being up means nothing. I have had websites and when I choose to stop using them, I simply let them expire since you generally pay for a certain amount of time upfront. The site hasn't added any news or updates in quite some time, so how is that a good sign? The only good sign will come from management actually coming forward to release information or even simply respond to investors who beg them for updates. There are no more "gag order" excuses to lean on, they need to make a stand and that is the only thing that will offer a glimmer of hope. But so far expecting something from this team is merely a dream or more like a fantasy at this point. Otherwise...all we have is just vacuous cheerleading from people who have nothing but short and innocuous blurbs.
