IF RON IS HOLDING SOMETHING BACK SO THEY CAN STEAL THE COMPANY FOR NOTHING, THAT IS ILLEGAL AND THE S.E.C. WOULD DO TO RON, EXACTLY WHAT they DID TO JOE NOEL, ARREST HIM.
