After reaching No Bid, spurred by massive dumping EOD yesterday and this morning, PPL are now buying 1's again so have we seen the ultimate head-fa*#@k? Putting out news of an R/S, with the Pre filed back in Oct. starting the downward panic spiral -- even as the Bro's keep putting out their PR's amidst questions they'll even be granted a 2nd R/S in less than 8 mos., only to drive down the PPS so sharks can snap them up and run this back up on the PR's?

It's not like the Bro's are even allowed to be in control of PPS -- in the recent past they blamed toxic financiers for dumping soon as they were able, is it them? MM's? Either that will happen or this will either go back No Bid and R/S.

So does someone know there will be no R/S after all or not for a while?
