Goldberg has increased the SS again this week by approximately 400 million to correspond with his latest "news" which garnered over 200 million in dumpage, 6 weighted average trades of dilution from a block position, and 3 Form-T Trades. Experienced traders who observe his repeated p&d's are not surprised, the exact same scenario has played out dozens of times in the past few years, all under Goldberg's "tutelage". Be sure to know the history here or traders will be doomed to repeat it.
