Sounds great WD....

Looks like Superior is making the transition. Its quite possible that this temporary downturn in oil will work perfectly for Superior as long as they get re-listed.

My understanding was that the financials were to be done between mid January to early February. My understanding also was the necessary paperwork had only a few hours of effort remaining. The filing with the SEC would then occur.

Get listed while oil is down. Then ride the wave up when oil recovers is my thought. There would then be two catalysts heading us northward. Oil prices and ongoing material events within Superior as a company. One two punch!

I would agree that the valuation could easily place the pps well North of a dime. I was just being ultra conservative!! Getting listed again would then give many of us time to accumulate more shares before oil makes its rebound.

I read the other day where some are still predicting $5 per gallon of gas and that oil would be making its way back up most definitely during the election year 2016.

We all know one geo-political event could send the price flying in a week or even a day.

I sure hope we see a filing soon stating financials are completed and necessary paperwork provided to the SEC. Also any word of Mr. Greenberg's assistance would be greatly appreciated and most definitely get the investment community looking our way.

Great day to all!!! Still cautiously optimistic!!!
