The real story here is that the 3 execs who run this show own very little shares as a %. but they have in the share structure super voting shares which give them 80% of the votes so they own less than 1% of the shares but can control any vote via these 3 super shares

They can split this stock without really owning any shares except a single super share. When management interests are not aligned with shareholders, even in a little rugrat company like this, it is a problem. At the end of the day management doesn't care about these stock splits because they are not affected. the 6 Billion shares are splitting, the 3 single super shares are not, so they don't care.
