I agree, in absence of reporting Q4 revenues plus significant contracted & collected purchase order deposits, nothing else can/will change MMMW's deteriorating outlook and SP. Even if solar were to become the hottest thing in 2015, if MMMW does not add a reporting line for incoming gross revenue to their balance sheet, their only options are few and mostly ugly for current shareholders.

IMO the "non-dilutive spinoff" PR is nothing more than a tease of brightly colored frosting before an almost certain stinky turd-cake surprise is presented by MMMW in the near future. If from management's perspective this "spin-off" could become a "material event", they should have filed an 8-K report within ten days. Due to the lack of an 8-K, I'm seeing it mostly as an attempt to excuse and distract from the unannounced sale of almost 4M shares (an instant 8.1% common share dilution and most likely issued at a nice discount too) that shareholders won't even learn the true terms of this private placement offering until months from now, when the next Q report is released.

Bottom line, MMMW's hand will be a forced play, and before Q-1 '15 is reported IMHO.
