It was the company's decision to hire the programmers they did with the $400K raised from the founder's program and the $40K - $50K raised from the 506. Unfortunately, the first two programmers presented issues but that is not the founder's/distributor's fault. At this point, although a risk, I believe the company should take out a business loan to complete this launch so no one else has to take the risk without the company being ready to launch.
The business loan would complete the launch, pay the programmers, and move us forward.
That is my opinion though.
