What do HESG shareholders own ? Stock certificates in a defuct company. Only the shareholders have a problem. The value of their shares are worthless today. However the stock has seen a pump and dump three times in the last five years via rumors. A pump and dump makes money too. As long as an investor dumps and doesn't hold on to those shares waiting for what?
