Its not the reverse split that ruins anything.
Its a valuable and necessary tool when used properly.
The keyword being PROPERLY.
I tend to agree that when abused, something should be done about it.
Unfortunately the SEC is for the most part MIA in its enforcement of EXISTING rules.
