Getting a little silly here. Facts are facts. No news from the company in almost a year. Blatant lies about fins being made public. Monster 100/1 RS coupled with major stock grants to insiders. Unknown debt. Unknown management. Rampant pumping of supposed rumors.

Believe the facts. The only thing concrete here is the past. No public filings. No PRs. No communication at all.

I have called all of the phone numbers touted on the message board and have been given no answers to my questions, and that us when they answer.

This is being held up on rumor and tap ups. Try to get out at bid like someone did today, the pros selling stock for the co will undercut and get filled first. The only way out is at the ask for a loss. Not looking good here at all. Keep on trusting that news is on the way, i'd rather use my brain and see the real trend here.

There likelihood of a sec investigation is on par with the likelihood of the company releasing a solid PR. Keep in mind that the sec does not give a hoot about non-reporting pink sheets like this.
