Thats not the right question to ask. The right question to ask is did JB the CEO abandon EEDG and put the lease for Famous Eddies and all the equipment in his own name not EEDG's name. Basically, did he sell EEDG stock to Asher, use the money to get the restaurant set up then did he quietly in the dead of the night, put the ownership for the Restaurant in his own name pretending EEDG doesnt own any of it. Thats what I think happened here. Abandoned ships dont do reverse splits.
