Management is one crucial factor,the other is if there is even enough ore at grades that can be recovered at a profit.The only way we will find that out is by an independent qualified mining engineer wuho has no vested inrterest. Consolidation is also neccesary,there is no way any future financing is going to run a rescue operation for shareholders who got taken for a ride and the massive dilution is an albatross around our neck we have to get rid of.
