About 2 weeks ago Mr. Day sent me a personal email regarding my issues. We talked recently and he is very concerned about both the technical and non-technical issues users are experiencing. He is dedicated to the company and getting up and running to its full potential.

I do have great hope for the company and am ever so thankful for Mr. Day's response, it is very encouraging.

The issues I mentioned before are being addressed, and I will update the boards as to the resolution of those issues.
