The biggest step or action to be taken is for Fifer to come to the realization that he's poison to future investment in this Company and that he's already made enough money at the shareholder's expense in the last 4 years.

Will that matter to him? Who knows, but to resume operations without him in charge would be a major move in the right direction if you ask me.

Was it part of the agreement from the financier that Fifer leave? I hope so.
