Oh ok I see it is more than likely a requirement needed for the uplist at some point . I'm just trying to put together how this plan might work in my own head. Then I guess being on a better stock exchange would open the doors for possible JV partners that won't invest with someone on the pink sheets. With the uplist they would more than likely raise money to fund whatever the next step might be ? Or is there a step that is needed before they uplist?
