IMO the important element is what is the Company doing to achieve the results that they indicated they need to move forward. Are they getting all the documentation required in order to separate Niostar and list the new Entity? Will it qualify ? What is the expected position going to be in the new entity of the present sarissa Shareholder? What Financing (forward moving) discussions have they had? With whom? Level of financing ?
The interest of most Shareholders, I would think, is what is the future potential of their investment, I respect that many are interested in the fractions of a penny at this juncture however the long term positioning is what concerns most Investors IMO.
My concern, like many I would presume, is the likelihood of Management to achieve the goals set out in September. I would like to see the Company provide some concrete information, to the best of their ability, in this regard.
