Between the 4th qtr of 2014, and the 1st qtr of 2015, I think we'll get a pretty good idea about the future of this company after they've filed. Will they drag their feet and sell little to nothing or show actual revenues? The company has been around for a long time so it's time that they deliver, IMO.

Solar may be HOT and offer great potential, but Mass Megawatts didn't exactly capitalize on the wind when they had a chance. Some investors may think they deserve a longer time to prove themselves that they can make something of their solar tracker. Considering the history of the company, I don't see myself giving them much beyond the 1st quarter.
