Very GOOD news..

This would certainly knock the, "PINS", out from ubder HTC's
newest attempt to overturn/avoid the JURY decision..

If this had gone the 'OTHER' way they would essentially have
retried the case. a virtual,'Second bite of the APPLE'..

Since there was NO Legal error in the original trial, their case
was 'Blown out of the water', as they say..

So sorry, HTC',you won't have MORE billable hours to charge..

I'm Happy with that news..
