What a debacle. Yet another quarterly disaster for IBM. The big question now will be what will Warren Buffett do with this big floundering investment in IBM shares. My guess is that he may very well bet big here, and double down and acquire another huge chunk of IBM shares at some point. But only he, Todd Commbs, Ted Weschler, et. al. know whether that would be a smart move right now, when and if that would make sense, and at what PPS. I suspect they have studied this every which way trying to determine where to go with BRK's huge investment in IBM.
