Yup...something is definitely fishy...given the 'payments/compensation' they have received from NHMD for consulting services....to the interesting related party transaction of $30k worth of pancake batter for research and development....my guess is they are closing out the public from seeing what is going on because there is a lot of off-books arrangements and transactions with NHMD and they are washing the true profits for NHMD thru EMBR/STHC/TREN...
