That's a LOT of SUTI shares so I decided to start digging to see who wound up with them--

"Just Marketing Group's" website http://www.justmg.com/ (which hasn't been updated since 2009) is registered to someone named Abdiel Rossique. However the address used for the website is the same address as Red Tie Media which identifies Nathan/Nathaniel A. Rossique (presumably a relative) as officer. http://www.whois.com/whois/justmg.com This address is that of a tiny 1,088 sq' house that sold for $66k in 2012. Nathan also runs INFINITE INVESTMENTS, INC as well as IR PRO, 2.0, INC. --an investor relations company http://www.otcmarkets.com/research/service-provider/IR-PRO-2.0Inc?id=3656

Just Marketing Group's registered corporate address is that of another, different small residential house on E. Both Just Marketing and Red Tie have used the same business location-- 195 Wekiva Springs RD #320 Longwood, FL 32779 (Note: I've found Longwood, FL seems to be a hotbed of penny stock hustlers)

Just Marketing Group appears owned/ operated by Abdiel Adam Rossique --29 y/o. All very curious ..especially when nearly 2 BILLION shares are changing hands.

IMO SOMEONE BARTERED NEARLY 2 BILLION SHARES TO THE ROSSIQUE BROTHERS FOR THEIR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES. SO FAR I'M NOT IMPRESSED.
