SUTI's CEO Eddie Vakser-->Felony Criminal Trial Scheduled 4/20/2015

Finally acknowledged (briefly) in official disclosure: https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=131837

On 3/17/14 EDDIE VAKSER WAS ARRESTED, JAILED and CLAIMED HE IS A "UKRAINIAN CITIZEN"

SUTI's CEO EDWARD "Eddie" ISAAK VAKSER was indicted on 2/12/14 by Grand Jury for felony criminal theft of property (11 paintings) valued between $20,000 and $100,000. On 2/24/14 lawyer Daniel Garrigan notified the court he would be representing Vakser. However, Vakser apparently refused to appear with his lawyer and surrender himself so a warrant was issued for his arrest on 3/17/14. He was arrested later that same day (Jail Book-In #14016154).

Vakser appeared before the Dallas County Magistrate at 9:34PM (at night) for arraignment. He refused a court appointed lawyer and signed a document stating he would hire his own. During his arraignment Vakser told the court he was a Ukrainian citizen. Therefore, pursuant to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations the Magistrate notified the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC via fax of Eddie's claim. (see court documents)

A cash/surity bond was set at $1,500. Apparently Vakser didn't have the ability to pay so he was "remanded to the Dallas Sheriff's Office" and jailed overnight until he was bonded out the next day by "Tom Benson aka ACT QUICK BAIL BONDS."

What followed was 15 different court dates and request for postponements.

On 7/23/14 the D.A. offered Vakser a plea deal of "4 years in jail/deferred plus $55,000 in restitution."

On 10/02/14 the D.A. offered a lower plea deal of "4 years in jail/deferred."

On 11/07/14 the D.A. re-upped his plea deal to "4 years in jail/ deferred plus $55,000 in restitution." Vakser apparently thought he could keep playing this game forever. However, the D.A. (who has a 99.4% conviction rate) and the court likely became fed up with Vakser's antics and issued and order for "trial by jury" of 4/20/15 at 9am in the 292nd District Court in Dallas.

If convicted of a felony Vakser may be prohibited from serving as an officer or director of his various public companies.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
