Somthing very strange going on here. IMO Vincent is running a PUMP and DUMP again but there are no pumpers on the board. IMO insiders are loading up here at .02-.025 before a run to $1.50 and relisting on the NYSE or Nasdaq. Same thing he did with WDAS into the .000's then in a few days to .0569 for a 7,000% gain. Then a 1 for 50 RS to $2.84. Could do the same here then relist on the NYSE. We will know when the PUMPERS show up on this board and so far they have not.
