SCAM? really?... to my knowledge SCAM companies don't adhere to strict SEC filing guidelines.

You may not like what's going on here, but calling a company with product on the shelves a SCAM is a bit of reach.

FORM 4, for which you've called out is too record a material change in beneficial ownership of derivative or non derivative beneficial ownership, which appears quite legit.

Are you calling foul for lowering the exercise price from .6 to .15? Which, btw, puts it in MUCH closer line with the other two options listed on the report: .165 and .1455.

Based on previous posts, I'm finding myself hard pressed to think that you believe this company will be around next year, why are you yammering about a stock price in the single digits with a company leered in debt showing no signs of doubling.. I'm confused..

If this stock rockets, GOOD FOR HIM, and GOOD FOR US who bought in on the dip. I for one would be QUITE happy to see the stock crank up to .20 ..
