though background for POG has brightened some, pps and volume re mxsg would indicate not much happening "close to home"...at least on the surface.

feels like big F is no longer in the picture, though of course i have no clue re actual reality. whether true or not, many will now wonder whether their dd didn't reveal enough value to do a deal. just human nature.... wonder if pt will share what their dd revealed.... any thought re that?

some concern too that with all the "little guys" such as mexus around looking for financing or jv, our property has a ton of competition for such $$....and may not be among the 1st tier of values out there. not saying that IS the case, but....there certainly IS a ton of such competition...and is a concern i personally do have. imagine others too...

if we are to go it alone, or possibly with a smaller jv such as with tucson group you have mentioned, puts some focus on SP/Atzek intention/ability to actually make that 4M payment in march. not informed enough to make the call re whether they will or not, but it's clearly a pretty crucial point....and can only hope it's still on track. would hate for company to have to start over finding a buyer for its share of trinidad at this point....

what say you re the above? i know you project confidence in most of your posts....but have to assume you too have some nervousness in private re some of the above....again, only natural."

Says will lay it all out with a PR on smaller Tucson JV . That has to include what have been informed of what was used as info since was the agreement for freedom of rancho Oct-Dec. NOBODY gives such stuff away with no return expected. Same data will be what the smaller partner used to make own deal knowing MAJOR major was in a bid for much more. Far as I'm aware is nothing for grabs in W Sonora remotely like Mexus has rights to and KNOW that includes San Felix where the facilities are built and they worked for near 2 years to get for our price about $5 mil. If near as savvy and influential as we've seen? Releasing it with a $1 mil loss and empty hands seems pretty dumb. So that loose end's least of our worries. Rest is simply cashing a BIG check and adding to what we'll be producing by April, no foolin. 8
