But I've been doing DD and I don't see anything I'd call a recovery. In fact based on the facts I'd say this has a real shot at going to zero. Here's why.

The patent protection looks very weak.

The past management looks very guilty of pumping while dumping with the Dream Team.

The current burn rate leaves the company in real need of new cash in the near term.

The current best hope is a trial of data mined results from a previous failure.

So when I add it all up, I think it's very possible the company runs out of liquidity, while meeting clinical failure, and distrust of the street to anything they have to say. That would cause them to be unable to raise the cash needed to remain a going concern and all of that is still contingent on the SEC not finding against them in the Dream Team affair which would open them to massive liability of previous shareholder losses.

Bad is the most likely outcome... Very bad.
